I got scammed on this property. Vrbo took my money for a host who stated this property was removed from this site for over a year. I found this out after I was already in town. My reservation was canceled only hours before check in. Shortly after my stay was canceled the this host was allowed to rent this home again for more money. My family was left stranded in Atlanta with no place to stay. Due to allow the festivities happening in Atlanta everything was pretty much sold out. Vrbo only paid for the us a hotel for the first night and the rest of the nights we were left to figure it out. Refund would be available 7 to 10 business days. How is that helping us? We drove all the way from Chicago thinking my family had a place to stay only to find out when we get to Atlanta that we don't. Even though their site states book with confidence guarantee. It was not guaranteed. They told me I didn't qualify for that guarantee. What a joke. Vrbo offered minimum help. My family was in town for 4 days for a funeral. Instead of my family being able to grieve our love one we were face with other challenges like going from hotel to hotel and getting ready for the furneral in a store bathroom. This was a terrible and expensive experience for my family.
