Dream villa between sea and mountains on the green and sporty island of Elba

Our apartment is called Ponente, like the wind. It has a small kitchen, bathroom and a staircase leads to the bedroom. The kitchen has microwave, electric kettle, toaster, fridge and two gas rings for cooking. We have dishes and pots. Towels and linen service at a surcharge. From the kitchen, which has a dining table for 2-3 people, you get to the veranda with separate entrance. We live in the adjacent Hauptahus. The Villa Shanti is surrounded by a magnificent 3000 sqm garden with palm trees, oleanders and fruit trees. We have Barbecuemöglichkeit and Strahligen to read or sunbathe in the garden. We have our own well with the best water quality (comparable to the Fonte Napoleone) and our own photovoltaic or solar system with which we are energetically supplied by the sun. We have air conditioning in the apartments at extra charge, both for the summer to cool, and for the winter for heating. Where we are at about 200 meters altitude and always a fresh wind blowing in the summer.
