About this property

A real vacation dream: a historic half of a house under thatch with terrace and private garden with beach chair and space for a total of 5 people. Families with children are of course very welcome.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and TV, a kitchen with a corner bench and table, a bathroom with a shower (without a bathtub) and a dining area and wood stove in the hallway. You enter the garden from the kitchen.

On the upper floor there is a roof studio (approx. 30 sqm) with a living area and TV to the left and slightly lowered on a further level with 3 single beds.

You can expect a modern and cozy country house style that will make the hearts of romantics and country lovers beat faster!

Rundum gelungener Urlaub…

…und dazu hat die Rote Kate maßgeblich beigetragen. 👍😃 Die Rote Kate ist ein liebevoll restauriertes altes Haus mit einem wunderschönen und großen Garten. Die Kate ist ruhig und strandnah gelegen (keine 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad) und schon alleine deswegen empfehlenswert. Das Häuschen bietet genügend Platz für 4-5 Personen und ist mit allem ausgerüstet was einen modernen Haushalt auszeichnet. Die Küche ist unserem Ermessen nach voll ausgestattet, das Internet einigermaßen zügig (Netflix lief gut) und im Garten konnten wir unter dem großen Sonnenschirm wunderbar frühstücken und relaxen…aber genug der Superlative…schaut es euch selber an, wenn ihr auf eine urige, vollausgestattete Unterkunft steht. Aber Vorsicht, Kopf einziehen, einige Türzargen sind nur 1.80 hoch 😉. Wir würden auf jeden Fall jederzeit wieder dort einziehen. 👋

Tolles Haus, tolle Umgebung

Das Haus ist groß, aber die Türen sind niedrig! Große Menschen müssen aufpassen! ;-) Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung sehr gut, das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Garten ist riesig. Wir durften den blühenden Flieder mit vielen wunderschönen Schmetterlingen genießen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Nordisches Kleinod - Urlaub unter Reet

Ein schönes reetgedecktes altes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten. Wir konnten uns hier gut erholen. Die Menschen früher waren jedoch dtl. Kleiner, was mir als großem Menschen ein paar Schrammen auf dem Kopf einbrachten. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern.

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir waren zu zweit in der Roten Kate und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Platz war reichlich vorhanden, jeder hatte sein Reich für sich. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Unser Highlight war der tolle Garten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat super geklappt. Es war also ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
