Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Can’t beat the location

We loved being a little past the boardwalk, but not too far from the best OC attractions. Dumser’s is a short walk away. The covered parking made it so the car never got too hot. The walk to the beach is easy. A keypad on the door made checking in and going back and forth a breeze. We cooked one night and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, everything you need to eat in. The porch was shady in the afternoon, making eating dinner out there really nice. We traveled as a family (2 adults and 1 toddler) and were able to use the sleeper sofa for our toddler. Good condo and a great vacation!

Quick trip to Ocean City

The condo we rented was OK. Location great and the outside storage was good. We did not receive a welcome package as advertised. We were greeted when we checked in by a maintenance person who was sent to fix "something in the bedroom". The headboard was loose, the sliding closet door was off the tracks and the ceiling fan light would not go off. He left without addressing any of the issues. We had to take the bulb out to shut off the light. When we awoke we had ants all over the deck and making their way into the kitchen. We called/texted the same maintenance person as well as logged a ticket with Vacasa - no response except a systematic "we hope you are enjoying your stay" . We were disappointed in Vacasa especially since their office was 1 block away. Finally, the lack of any cable TV except for streaming services is a bit annoying. The property is clearly a rental investment. But the price was right and a little detergent kept the ants out.

Great location and unit!

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was central to restaurants and steps from the beach. I would highly recommend and hope to come back soon.
