About this property

Residenza Paradiso is a charming 1.5-room apartment with an incredible lake view and your own parking space in the underground garage. Beautiful lake view from the terrace, very sunny and quiet location. Forest, playground and hiking trails are nearby.

Please note: Residenza Paradiso is NOT wheelchair accessible as there are a few stairs from the street to a small Funicolare that takes you to the entrance of the apartment. You also have the option to take quite a few stairs down from the street directly to the apartment, if you do not wish to use the Funicolare.

Ideal occupancy: 2-3 persons

Room layout: A large room with living room and open kitchen, a sleeping gallery, a bathroom and a balcony with lake view.

Bed layout: One double bed (180x200cm). The sofa in the living room can also be converted into a 160x200cm bed.

One medium sized dog is allowed in Residenza Paradiso.

Smoking is not allowed in Residenza Paradiso. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Own parking space in parking garage. There is also free public parking within a few hundred meters of Residenza Paradiso.

Residenza Paradiso is fully equipped with, amongst others: Flat-screen TV, Cablecom Digital TV, Swisscom Digital TV (incl. all German-language channels), Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.

Die Ferienwohnung Paradiso ist ein reizendes Appartement mit viel Cachet. Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt mit Hund sehr genossen. Da es in Orselina manchmal gar nicht so leicht ist, ein "Versäuberungsplätzli" für den Hund zu finden, haben wir es sehr geschätzt, dass der Wald nur wenige Meter entfernt ist. Die Wohnung ist nur für trittsichere Menschen geeignet. Das Funiculaire ist ein weiteres reizendes Element bei dieser Wohnung. Man kann sie nur empfehlen.

Wir verbringen unseren Erholungsurlaub seit mehr als 30 Jahren in diesem Objekt. Wir waren immer sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten dieses Jahr eine kleine Sauberkeitsbeanstandung, die aber sofort behoben worden ist. Dies ist besonders hervorzuheben, dass Anfragen und Beanstandungen sofort erledigt werden. Für das Entgegenkommen beim Räumungszeitpunkt sind wir dankbar.
