Great property!!

Everything was perfect!! For such a small space it has so much character!!! Everything was so clean and organized. Thank you for a 5 star stay. And thank you for all the extras.

Perfect in every way

We enjoyed our four nights in Bristol - the accomodations were perfect in every way. There is a great little yard in the back for the dogs, as well as two parks in walking distance. In addition to the stellar accomodations, we highly recommend the nearby Thai restaurant and the Beehive Cafe! We look forward to our next stay in Bristol!

Great place, great location

Cute little two bedroom was just as advertised. We used it as our base location for day trips to Providence, Block Island, Newport/Jamestown and even Mystic CT. We also walked down into Bristol twice for dinner ... Quito's (waterside dining) and Bristol Oyster Bar (amazing). We only ate breakfast on site but the kitchen was stocked with all needed dishes and utensils as well as a coffee maker that could make a full pot or a single cup. The beds were probably the most comfortable we've had in a rental ... we made up the couch with the provided extra sheets/blankets for one of the kids to sleep on each night which worked for our trip but probably wouldn't have for a longer stay. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels for our family of 4 to use for the long weekend and while the bathroom was small, the shower was full size and had amazing water pressure. Easy check-in and check-out as well as communication with Chris!! Only thing to note is that it's a second story apartment and while it wasn't a problem for us, some of the stairs are steep. Overall a wonderful place to stay for our quick family vacation!!

Great place!

The apartment was great. It was very clean and comfortable. Easy walking district to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the water, lots of benches to sit and relax. Chris is an excellent host. He made sure that everything was okay with the apartment and answered any questions we had. We would recommend staying here to our friends and family.
