You will have access to the whole house.
Other things to note
There is no smoking in the house or garage at all!!! No glass whatsoever is allowed in the backyard.

Only experienced users on either grill. If you use the flattop, You should know how to clean and season it properly. If you use the charcoal grill, ONLY CHARCOAL on the grill. Firewood is for Fireplace. Don't forget to open flue when using fireplace.

When using the pool, do not remove the vacuum from the pool and do not alter the pump in anyway. Do not leave any clothes or toys in the pool overnight.
Please return items after use.

Pets are NOT allowed. *Please do not move any indoor or patio furniture or the flat top grill.
Do not hang or tape anything to the inside or outside of the home.

Garage is only for accessing the inside of the property and for laundry use. Nothing else is to be used without permission. Personal items are in the garage. 2nd fridge is not for guest use.
