Spring, summer, autumn and winter all seasons and weather types participate. Snow cannons provide plenty of snow and when it rains you can have fun in the subtropical swimming pool, the Wellness, shopping, or visit a beer room.

From December to March you will experience the greatest snow fun in Wintersport Arena Sauerland.
There are 8 snow-sure ski areas (with 150 lifts, 300 hectares of slopes, 500 km of trails, 400 snow machines, 74 ski lifts, 96 ski runs, 9 toboggan lifts and 40 toboggan runs, 60 ski huts, discotheques, bars and cafés).

Are you coming for a weekend, midweek, week or longer? There is something new to discover every day.

Hiking trails, cycling routes, ski runs, toboggan runs, bike park, Kappe experience mountain, Kahler Aste and all other great impressions or relaxing activities are available.
In Sauerland is at home 'out' and everyone is satisfied because there is something for everyone.

The communal swimming pool can be used free of charge and the sauna.

Accommodation
Situated in the centre of Winterberg you can enjoy your stay in this big studio. It has been renovated in 2013. The room is partially devided in order to create a nice sleeping area containing two single beds. There is a full kitchen and WiFi is accessible in the entire apartment. The bathroom is fitted with wash stand, shower and toilet. You can also enjoy the big balcony and use the wellness facilities in the complex, such as sauna, pool and sun bed. There is a storage box for skis and bikes.

Complex
The apartment (4.Floor) is located right next to the ski slopes and the hiking routes. The shared rooftop terrace is a great place to relax in the sun or to have a BBQ. The complex also has a swimming pool and a sauna. These are free for holiday makers. The solarium, washing machine and dryer can be used against payment. There is an elevator in the complex.

Surroundings
The apartment is located close to the slopes. The Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest, is a few minutes’ walk away. The town centre, with shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, clubs and apres-ski bars, is also only a short distance away.

Action and peace go hand in hand in Hochsauerland and let everyone enjoy it to the fullest. Whether for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, cycling, tobogganing, bobsledding, paragliding, waves, Nordic walking, the silence of a walk or relaxation in the Wellness. In Winterberg you will find a perfect combination of movement, fun and adventure.

There has also been thought of the inner man. There are cozy cabins and pubs where many people experience a cozy Après sport (including Après ski). In the center there is plenty of choice to enjoy local and international cuisine.

The Sauerland is also known as the land of the "thousand mountains" thanks to its high peaks, deep valleys, rivers, winding roads, rolling meadows, vast forests and cozy villages. The Sauerland is without a doubt one of the most beautiful, diverse nature reserves in Germany. Walking is possible on every level of difficulty and condition thanks to the extensive hiking network of hundreds of kilometers, through the varied nature with beautiful views. The town of Winterberg with about 4500 inhabitants is best known for the unprecedented winter sports opportunities so close to the Dutch border. But throughout the year there is much more to experience such as: mountain biking, abseiling, gliding, golfing or mini golf. The area has a wide variety of culture, architecture and historical monuments. Various nature parks and wildlife parks are also waiting for you to be discovered. There are many opportunities for children in the area. There is the Peter Pan amusement park Nimmerland, the Mäuseweg with all kinds of discoveries in the forest and the lookout tower on the Kahler Asten. For the larger children there are a climbing trail, a summer toboggan run and a bungee. When the weather is less nice, you can visit one of the swimming pools in the area, with slides and lots of water fun.

At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
