Relax and spread out in this 3,800-square-foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath classic 2-story Mexican hacienda vacation home with brick cupolas, terra cotta tile floors, full cooks kitchen, BBQ grill, hi-speed wifi/internet, 50" Smart TV, air conditioning, charming center courtyard with palms and a magnolia tree, fireplace, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and large walk-in closets. Each bedroom has an in-suite bathroom. Contactless check in/out.

Newly installed whole-house water treatment means no worries brushing your teeth or showering.

Be in the center of all Costa Azul has to offer with the world-renowned wineries of the Valle De Guadalupe a 20-minute drive away, as are the town of Rosarito to the North and the city of Ensenada to the South. Enjoying the famous lobsters at Puerto Nuevo is a ten-minute drive, as are other local cuisines, fine dining, hiking, horseback riding, ATV rentals, or just lounging at local beaches.

The house is situated in the gated, security protected, serene and quiet community of Bajamar where you can enjoy the 18-hole golf course, resident swimming pool, pickleball court, whale-watching pavilion, hotel restaurant and bar, as well as numerous trails along the rocky ocean shore.

Bajamar Resort vacation home

Property was beautiful. We had 6 family members and the accomodations were first class. Comfortable beds, large kitchen with plenty of room for everybody. Would definitely stay here again. Next time I'll bring my golf clubs! Need to fix the Google Earth directions shown on the VRBO website. They took us 15 miles south of the property. Address is a numbered house in the Mission San Diego tract within in the Bajamar Resort. There are no street names.

Absolutely wonderful!

We had such an amazing time! The home was even more beautiful in person than on photos. Located in a great location; close to pool and brief walk to the bar/restaurant. Check-in was seamless, amenities were exactly what we needed. Our group will absolutely return!

Anniversary weekend

Spectacular home that was both inviting and comfortable. Everything was impeccable and beautifully decorated. The secluded courtyard was perfect for morning coffee and book reading. Having two main sitting areas (living rooms) was appreciated and enjoyed. We will definitely return to the property. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

I just want to say this is my best Vrbo experience ever!

Located in a very charming and quiet neighborhood with good reliable public transit. This is a very safe gated resort, with dozens nearby places to eat. So many things to do within Bajamar to keep you busy. This home is so warm and well-appointed - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. The homeowner had excellent communication and care that we had a wonderful stay. I will choose this home for all future visits to Bajamar.

As a dual Mexican and American citizen, I always wanted to return to my native Mexico, so my husband and I purchased this property to enjoy as a vacation home until we retire and live here permanently. Now we are offering it to you, our traveling compadres, as a comfortable, safe, and relaxing place to stay on the Costa Azul (The Blue Coast) of Baja California.

Why they chose this property

The house has been thoroughly refreshed and painted, new sheets and bath accessories, 50" Smart TV, bluetooth enabled Harmon Kardon Onyx audio system, whole-house water softener and sterilization, with air conditioning in a gated, 24-hour security-protected enclave on the cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Breathe in the refreshing sea breezes and keep an eye out for wild bobcats, rabbits, hawks and other creatures. Quiet, calm, safe and serene, it is truly a paradise.

What makes this property unique

Set off from the main toll road, the house at Bajamar is nonetheless close to the nightlife of Rosarito, the wineries of the Valle de Guadalupe, and other local attractions.
