Great location and everything you need !

This was our first time staying at this condo and would not hesitate to book it again for next year. Just a short walk to Kamole 3 and a short drive to Makena. In our opinion, two of the best beaches on Maui. Rhonda was super responsive in answering any question. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal, but there are also a number of great restaurants nearby. We had a very smooth check in. The elevators are a plus when transferring luggage. I would not hesitate to book here.

Highly Recommended

This is the 5th time we have stayed at Kamaole Sands and this unit is by far the best. It was very clean and well stocked with just about every item one would need. It was the first condo where the entire bedroom closet was available to the guest and clean. Tons of bedroom dresser drawers, comfortable bed. Instructions were easy to follow. Pans and cooking implements in almost new condition. Washer and dryer were clean and worked well. Host was extremely pleasant and could not be more helpful. The only problem is that if she keeps getting 5 star reviews it’s going to get harder to book this condo.

Beautiful Condo!

We loved everything about this condo! So clean and comfortable, completely remodeled and had everything we needed and then some. We would definitely rent this condo again.

My name is Rhonda Messersmith and I am the owner/property manager. My husband and I have been hosting with VRBO since 2014.
Prior to this condo we hosted 2 condos on the westside but this year we sold them and bought this beauty at Kamaole Sands. It's a shame I couldn't transfer my previous ratings from the other 2 condos... I had a 5 Star rating on both.
I enjoy hosting so I can offer that special care for people. I thinks it's important that you have that one person you can call if you need anything, and I am just 3 minutes from the condo...:)

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the property, Kamaole Sands Resort.
The grounds are very well maintained and the buildings are kept spotless. There are elevators as well in every building.
The front office is available 24/7 for your convenience. And so am I... :)
