Overdue family vacation

It was a beautiful place to stay away from home! We dont eat out much so the kitchen was really a big win for me. The beds were super comfy, and you really cant beat the pools and beach access!

Nice stay

The beach room was very nice and held my family. However, the master shower is broke.

Crappy

Was not very clean. Master shower knobs did not work well had issues turning on and off. Master room bed was very uncomfortable. Second bathroom in the hall way had a bad odor coming from it on our first day we got there. We ended up leaving a day early cause when I looked in the water tank on the back of the toilet. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever witnessed. Apparently someone took a crap in it. This was the worst vacation my family has ever had. Took pictures and sent them to management.

Dirty and Outdated! Nothing worked!

Not happy with our unit. Even more unhappy that someone messaged us when we first got there and I told them about the problems and the disgusting filth and they said someone would be over to clean. No one reached out again and no one came.
