The cozy apartment is located in the basement of a large, private single-family dwelling in a very quiet residential area (dead end), about 300 m behind the Baltic dike between Laboe and Schoenberg on the Kiel outer fjord.
In about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the beach and the marina Marina Wendtorf reachable. Bird sanctuaries and nature reserves, dune beaches in a vast natural landscape without spa taxes are ideal for cycling and hiking.
Other sports facilities can be practiced in the area: sailing, surfing, tennis, table tennis and other recreational sports in the sports club. A nature adventure area, children adventure area, skating rink, kindergarten, supermarket and restaurants are nearby.

The apartment consists of 2 rooms, a living room with two comfortable sofas and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed.
The living room has a sofa, dining area, satellite TV, DVD player and shelves. There are laundry / game cabinets and two wardrobes so you can store everything you need for your vacation.

The kitchenette is separated from living rooms and bedrooms. Above the ceramic hob is an extractor hood. The shower and toilet are in two separate rooms. Both rooms have their own hand basin.

Only a few meters and a small staircase lead you to the covered and fortified patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Seat covers are of course also available for you.

The apartment is located on the lower floor of the house (no basement) with large windows and a spacious separate entrance. If you bring your own bicycles, a small mobile ramp makes it easier for you to reach the entrance area and the patio.

Bed and table linen and tea towels are included. Hand towels, beach towels and you bring your own.

Sustainability is important: for this reason, solar collectors have been installed on the house roof, which support the hot water and heating system. In addition, the regionally rather hard water is filtered through a soft water system.

Smoking is only permitted outside, subject to the following guests.

Arrival by car: BAB 215 to Kiel, departure from the motorway direction Ostuferhafen, B76 Lübeck, B 502 direction Schoenberg, exit Wendtorf, Wendtorf, Stein, place Wendtorf remains right, next intersection (turn left to Laboe, right to Wendtorf ), after 50 m turn left to Wendtorfer Strand into Schwarze Rade.
