We are located in Ocean Beach 3, a private beach and family-oriented community in Lavallette, NJ. Just a 10-minute drive to either Point Pleasant or Seaside Heights
Our home is centrally located--just a short walk away from many restaurants, parks, playgrounds, bay beach, ice cream parlor, coffee shops, and boutique stores.

Make our beautiful little cottage your home away from home…it is a 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, washer and dryer, patio, and off street parking for 2 cars…only 7 houses away from the beach and 2 blocks away from the bay!!!!

*** Linens, pillows, towels, and beach towels are not provided at this time. However, they are available to rent locally for an additional fee***

A nice getaway

We had a great time when we came for a weekend to do Christmas shopping in Lavallette. The house was clean, very cute/well decorated, and communication with the owner was easy. A nice touch was that they left a welcome note with little snacks and coffee pods. We had a really nice time and will save this property for the future!

Very clean met our needs and had everything we needed

Clean and comfortable unit that worked for us. Short walk to the beach and some good eats in the area. The description was exactly what we expected (no surprises)
