From the living-dining room, but also from the bedroom, you have a beautiful view of the beach nearby and the Baltic Sea to the horizon.

The cleverly planned kitchen is not just visually a treat. You can let your eyes wander relaxed over the Baltic Sea to Neustadt and Mecklenburg during the preparation - or enjoy the illumination of the 40 m² multifunctional room through the last evening sun. Between the dining and living area is a room divider a custom-made wardrobe ready to accommodate your travel items.

On the same level behind the entrance is the separate guest toilet, opposite a cloakroom. The upstairs bedroom with carpeting made of natural blended fabric and the comfortable marble shower room with high quality furnishings and stunning views of the Baltic Sea can be reached via an attractively designed staircase.

The bedroom has an electric night shut off the bed - and a window to the Baltic Sea, through which the moon good night and the sun can say good morning - unless you have closed the outside shutters!
