Superb locations, comfy upper level duplex with private balcony. This upper level studio of a duplex apartment is centrally located to all of Milwaukee's attractions like Brady Street, within walking distance to the brand-new Fiserv Forum, and minutes from downtown Milwaukee. WiFi/Netflix/AC/heat.

Perfect for a couples getaway or for a small group of friends looking to explore the city.

The Space:
Ascending up the stairs to this unit you will first enter the kitchen which is fully outfitted with all the essentials such as pots, pans, dishware, silverware, coffee machine, microwave, and refrigerator.

Walking left there is the great room which has a beautiful futon crafted from Milwaukee's own 'Brady Street Futons.' The futon can flatten into a plush bed or be used to enjoy the television with Roku/Netflix capabilities.

The memory foam queen mattress with luxury microfiber duvet is the perfect place to cozy up after a long day in the city. The private balcony gives you a glimpse down to the city and serves as an excellent spot for morning coffee.

The bathroom is outfitted with complimentary soap and shampoo and towels.

The Neighborhood:
The Lower East Side of Milwaukee is a young, lively neighborhood. This unit is next door to interval coffee which is a premier coffee shop in the city. The neighborhood is right near downtown Milwaukee, Brady street, and much much more. It is the most walkable neighborhood in the city.

Clean and convenient location

Close to downtown Milwaukee conveniently located right next to a cute coffee shop. I also highly recommend checking out Uncle Wolfie's which is less than a mile away. Requesting permission to park overnight was strange to me since I don't live in the city, but it was super easy, and my host kindly sent me a link to make it even easier.

Good!! But had some issues

The parking was near impossible to find during our stay and had to walk a lot. The sheets, blanket, and pillows all had stains. However very nice host!! He was very accommodating and nice. Over all cute neighborhood and a coffee shop with amazing coffee next door.
