We arrived to find our 4bed3bath house was actually 1 full bath. Upstairs Bath completely gutted and under construction. The Host told me sorry was supposed to be done 2 days ago. I then checked reviews and found same thing happen to people who rented 3 weeks prior. So he lied should have been done a month ago. We had 6 people and everyone had to use master bath to shower and get ready. He said nothing 3 days beforehand when he sent check-in instructions. Very dishonest host. Ther were only 2 rolls of toilet paper so we had to go buy some. House was not cleaned properly. our check out day My wife said hey sombody is in back yard this was 2 hours before a check out time. I went out to ask what he was doing and he handed me phone as he did not speak English. Gal on phone said setting up jump house tables and chairs. I've used VRBO a lot this is the first time I had a Problem. VRBO was absolutely no help and I will no longer use them to book my vacations. They had excuse for everything. Beware this Host is a crook didnt even offer any type of refund

One night family stay

The upstairs hall bathroom is under construction, and was not available for our use. We had 6 adults and 4 children, so the availability of only one shower in the Master Bath was a serious problem. Otherwise, the property was fine.

California debacle

Arrived to one of the bathrooms with caution tape and under repair of course we were not notified. Second night the one shower that worked for 6 people backed up and flooded into the downstairs half bath. No apologies and no communication after the incident. Would not recommend this stay to anyone. We found air bNB to be a much better experience and more accurate information

Positive Experience

This was my first time using Vrbo and I will definitely use it in the future based on this experience. This particular listing was perfect for our parkour family weekend of competing. It was huge inside and out and clean. The property owner Daniel, was quick to respond to any inquiries. I was truly amazed with this property and would definitely recommend it.

Great location and clean house!

Very spacious downstairs. Plenty of seating and room to spread out. Location Close to Healdsburg and so many wineries while not too far off the freeway… perfect for our little getaway.
