Less than 1 mile to Starbucks, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores (Fry's/Sprouts/Whole Foods), pharmacies & more. Close to several hospitals. Only 8 mins from Downtown Chandler. Quick access to 3 different freeways!!

February 2024 Chandler Stay

Overall the property was a nice place to stay, in what seemed to be a safe neighborhood. One of the toilets was plugged upon arrival, but the property manager responded very promptly to resolve this problem. Securing the sliding door to the pool was done with a broomstick and five of the windows were found to be unlocked. They did all latch closed. It was nice to sit by the pool, but the chairs required some repair work to use them, very weathered. The living room couch was uncomfortable, to deep to sit well without stuffing pillows behind you. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, many good nights of sleep. The master bath was nice sized and layed out well. Some of these statements may seem a bit negative, but I viewed them as minor inconveniences. I would stay at this property again.

Fantastic

Honestly this was one of my most favorite places I have stayed at! The host was quick to respond and very kind with communication. They by far surpassed the expectations of a host. House was cozy and well equipped with everything we needed. Pool towels by the back door and awesome outdoor area for the kids and our pet! Pool area was set up nicely with a fire pit and grassy area. The house is located next to big and small local businesses and around a lot to do. We definitely will be staying here again!!
