Lots of maintenance issues!!

Have stayed in Vistoso condos many times over the years. Property was clean except for the family room rug which was filthy and needed deep cleaned or replaced. Had issues with AC while there as owner had a program which I could not override and had to call Vacasa to fix. Also the master bedroom tv would not work and had to call Vacasa as well. Took several days for Comcast to come out and replace cable box. Also toilet paper holder in master bath fell off wall and I had to fix. All of these problems could have been avoided if Vacasa had inspected property before we arrived.
