Beautiful, Retro Airstream in an Urban Oasis!

Summary:
Come live out the rustic, retro airstream experience of your dreams! The “Bubble Bolt” is a recently renovated 1971 Airstream Land Yacht that provides all the comforts of home in one cute, cozy package. Enjoy this unique glamping experience while situated near the heart of the Historic San Marco District and so much more. This residence is ideal for couples, solo adventurers and even furry friends!

The Space:
This was unit features a studio style layout including; an AC/heat unit, full private bathroom, double bed, workspace bar top, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen space includes a two burner stovetop, mini fridge/freezer, microwave & sink. Other amenities includes WIFI, a smart TV, private off-street parking and a fully fenced in yard and deck under string lights and a shade sail.

Located on a quiet street near Historic San Marco Square, this airstream is within walking distance to San Marco’s many neighborhood amenities including coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and boutiques.

It’s the perfect neighborhood for activities (like exploring nearby museums, parks and waterways) and heading out for late-night apps, drinks and live music! Conveniently located near I-95 for easy travel. You’re only a short (5 min) drive to Vystar Memorial Arena, Daily’s Place, and TIAA Bank Field for concerts and football games!

Guest Access:
*IMPORTANT* Access to unit will be provided upon booking. Unit shares fence/gate with additional back unit, please stay in designated yard. We want to make this the best experience for you and we’ve worked hard to supply you with everything you may need throughout your stay, but in the event that you need anything to make your experience more enjoyable, don’t hesitate to ask.

Other Things to Note:
This unit is set up for two adults only. PLEASE DO NOT flush any items besides toilet paper down the toilet and no grease down drains. Well-behaved pets are welcome but please ensure you pick up and dispose of pet-waste.

This house is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs or cats this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog/cat hair here and there.

We charge a pet fee of $20 / night / pet that you bring with you. This reduces to $100 / week / pet and $200 / month / pet for longer term guests. This fee is not included in the accommodation fare rate. We will send a request for the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking.

***If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you then we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or DOUBLE the pet fee retroactively for the entirety of your reservation.***

We have a minimum 7 day stay requirement for local guests. We rarely make an exception to policy but may elect to do so at our sole discretion. If you are local to Jax and book for less than 7 days we reserve the right to ask you to cancel your reservation.

Gatherings/parties of any kind are strictly forbidden at this property. If you host a gathering/party/event at this property we will levy a $1000 fine.

Also, Saturday check-ins and check-outs are (generally) not allowed unless you are booking a stay that is >7 days, with the exception of some specific weekends (FL-GA and TPC Sawgrass weekends are a few examples) . I may allow an exception to this policy (depending on the specific weekend and season) but reserve the right not to do so or to ask you to modify of cancel a reservation starting or ending on a Saturday.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming I can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):

1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $150
3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $200 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more

These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.

***Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the house, front porch, patio, or front or back yard***

***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on porch, deck, empty cigarette packs, etc.) We will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***

You are strictly forbidden from bringing firearms or items associated with them (including guns, bullets, gunpowder, shells, magazines, silencers, etc.) on this property whether or not they are licensed. If you violate this policy or we find evidence that you did (e.g. firearms or bullets are discovered by our cleaners following your stay) we will assess a $1000 fine.

For guests requiring a pack n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.
