Great location 8min.to anywhere in baton rouge . I rent out the large house on property and live in poolhouse out back when I'm in u.s.a. Sometimes I will be willing to leave property when renter and i agree,otherwise I'm in the back with no access to main building when guess are here. I have been at this address for 32yrs.now and I must say it's a quite and peaceful neighborhood. People walking mornings as well as evening.
Mainly everyone keeps to themselves, hello and goodbye.!!! When I out of town my property manager is Dave Meche he next door. So if you have problem he is very close and he s very attentive. Also a 50mile radius from Baton Rouge is in effect for family bookings,along with minimal age of 25yrs.old,we are not a party based business, no commercial video's are permitted.
