Quail Hollow A1 4U is conveniently located in the upper beachside level of the condo complex, steps away from the pathway that takes you directly to the ocean via a private wooden walkway over the dune. Once inside you will feel perfectly at home, because the condo is comfortable and decorated beach-chic, but not so fancy that you can't relax. It is a second-floor corner unit, so you have two huge side windows and a balcony overlooking the trees, making it feels like you are in a treehouse. The view from the balcony in the living room and the primary bedroom give you incredible sunset views. There is a separate dining room that is beautiful and great for meals and board games. If you wish to cook, your kitchen has everything you can need - just pick up your groceries on the way to the condo, and you're all set.
Quail Hollow is an oceanfront complex sitting high on the dunes of Crescent Beach, just 15 minutes south of historic downtown St. Augustine. Crescent Beach is one of the absolute best in northeastern Florida, and Quail Hollow is the perfect place from which to explore it. It offers great surf fishing, whale and dolphin watching, and miles of white-sand beaches to walk, bike, or even drive on. Our long, private beach access winds over the dunes, giving you a breathtaking nature walk every time you go to the beach. We have a nice swimming pool, grills for cooking out, and a sense of community, as well as privacy. Historical St. Augustine is less than a 20-minute drive away, with exciting history, ghost tours, and pirate adventures awaiting you. If you have never stayed this close to St. Augustine it will shortly be your new favorite vacation destination. You're going to love your stay here!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
