NOT A PREMIER PROPERTY AS VRBO ADVERTISED
THE BATHROOM SHOWN ABOVE IS NOT AT THE RENTED PROPERTY,it was also misrepresented on the VRBO site.It said “Premier Host”it definitely was a not.
Many of the photos were not true to the property
Photo of a bathroom was from another house entirely. We found debris, a toilet bowl brush, half of a steak knife on the worn out lawn.Had only two half baths for our use,one toilet constantly ran water until it was replaced. The second bath had a working toilet but the shower was not hot enough to use. All took several days to get fixed.
The broken toilet was left sitting outside on the property. Disgusting! No dresser in a bedroom, broken down closet.
Electrical sockets are old, worn and do not hold plugs securely; there is no way to shutoff the spot lights shining on the pool orlanai lights, so many wall switches that serve no purpose, it questions the safety of the wiring .
Bathrooms did not have grab bars in the shower or tub. Lanai room is shoddy.Walls, moldings, door frames all need painting - scraped in many places some moldings have large smears of dark paint on them.
Outside is in desperate need of clean up - various debris is strewn about the sides, there is a lack of lawn.Laundry room is a broken down mess,needs a cleaning with parts of an old bathroom attached.No lamps in most of the house only overhead lighting, one bedroom has a lamp with a broken neck on a dresser. Water was shut off, owner had not paid bill since October!Front Door lock not secure.
