First Floor Features: This newly updated 30A vacation home includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and high end Calphalon cookware.  The private courtyard patio area is equipped with table seating and a grill area.  The first floor bedroom includes a queen bed, large TV, and study desk.  On the first floor you'll also find a full bathroom and laundry area.  The laundry features a full size washer and dryer.

Second Floor Features:  On the second floor you'll find a master bedroom with a king bed, large TV, and private balcony. Additionally in the master bedroom there is a twin sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. The first guest bedroom features a queen over queen bunk and large TV.  There's a shared bathroom between the master bedroom and guest bedroom.  The second guest bedroom includes a queen over queen bunk, private bathroom with shower/tub combination.  Finally, you'll find and additional covered balcony on the second floor.

A huge 12,000 square foot community pool is nearby for your enjoyment. Take a short stroll to the beach, or have the community beach shuttle pick you up - free of charge, or take a short stroll or bike ride along the paved paths to the shops and restaurants at the adjacent communities of the Village of South Walton and Rosemary Beach. Only 15 minutes to Pier Park, a new complex of shops, restaurants, activities, and a multi-screen theater. You will leave with unforgettable memories and hopefully will plan another visit to "Laid Back"!

3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property. 
4) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
6) Beach Equipment Provided: 6 Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Cooler, and Beach Cart. Please return items at your departure.
