This St. Augustine Beach and Tennis condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit. The master bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen television. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a flat screen TV, a queen size sleeper sofa and there is dedicated wireless internet in the condo. It has all the amenities of home including a full size washer and dryer.

The St. Augustine Beach and Tennis condo resort is just three miles from the St. Augustine amphitheater and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and the pool area which features two pools and a kiddie pool. Just minutes from shopping, art galleries, fine dining, and historic downtown St. Augustine is just five miles.

Great location

The property was very nice and clean. Location was great. Convenient to pool and beach access. The complex was nice clean and quiet. Will definitely stay again

Beach

Great location. No beach view but short boardwalk trip to the beach. Very few extras. The women were surprised that there was not a hair dryer. The kitchen could have been cleaner and some of the towels were dirty. They were very few kitchen extras that most condos have. The beds were very hard and the pillows were really bad. Many condos come with pool and beach towels I would suggest getting them. Location and beach access were very good!

Lovely, tranquil getaway

This was our honeymoon: a week in St. Augustine . Everything went smoothly with the VRBO process except we missed a couple of communications about the check in process. The condo is clean, NOT updated by any means but had everything we needed. The community was friendly, respectful of neighbors and the condo maintenance crew hard at work always. Breakfast on the lanai, a walk on the beach, time in the pool….we loved it. A short walk away and there are shops and restaurants galore. Just a short, easy drive to Old St. Augustine. Slightly musty smell ( you are at the beach…to be expected) but that is taken care of by opening the sliders and front door for a lovely breeze. The washing machine is a bit wonky but everything else was great. The beds are comfortable but FIRM. We will be back again for a long weekend a couple of times a year.

St Augustine condo

The property manager was very accommodating with our early check in but I wonder if they skimped on cleaning the floor. The first day we were there my grandson had on brand new white socks. Within a few hours the bottom of his socks were a dark brown from the floor. Even bleach could not get them clean so we wound out throwing them out. The floor also had a very gritty feel probably from sand so we all had to walk around in sandals. Other than that the condo was fairly clean. We did have to run out to buy toilet paper.
