Spacious 1 bedroom ,1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room with pull out sofa. This ground level unit has a beautiful path to the Key Largo's clear water with full access to Harry Harris Park boat launch pad and parking. After a day on the water rinse off in the outdoor shower, BBQ outside or take out the handful of guests amenities; Fishing pole, adult or child kayaks and stand-up paddle board.
This is a guest house unit. (Guest do not have access to the outdoor stairs or above at any time)
