Spring Retreat

Second floor condo in great neighborhood. Thank goodness it was a fairly cool March because a couple of the windows were missing the screens which kept air flow to a minimum. Also, there was veranda or porch but no chairs to sit on. Went to Walmart and purchased 2 inexpensive folding chairs. Other minor issues as well, such as a constant leak in the master bath tub and no drain stopper in the kitchen sink. We are experienced renters and used to such inconveiences.

From Massachusetts and moved to Tucson in 2005. Absolutely love Tucson and love this complex Veranda at Ventana. I have lived at Veranda at Ventana since 2006 and love the community. People are super friendly, and the complex is dog friendly. I am an animal LOVER so being at a complex and being surrounded by other animal lovers is important to me. We are so close to nature here. Seeing owls, javelina and bobcats is commonplace, and part of what I love about living in this area.

Why they chose this property

Beautifully maintained and situated at the base of the Catalinas. Veranda at Ventana is a tucked away oasis and every time I drive into the complex I feel like I am on vacation. I lived here 10 years before I was able to find and purchase this particular condo unit in building 15. Love the location as I am very private unit and abut the golf course.
