Welcome to "Bonita Bliss"! Located in the heart of Bonita Springs, this home is the perfect place for your next getaway. Fully renovated three bedroom, three bath home with split style design. Lounge in the fully covered pool, relax after a day at the beach, sip your morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine while breathing in the coastal night air. Live the outdoor life and ride the bikes downtown or take the free paddle boards out on the river. You can also bring your own boat! Bring your kayak and paddle down the Imperial River, straight to the emerald green waters of Bonita Beach!

Bonita Springs is a city in southwest Florida. It’s known for its Gulf Coast beaches and parks, including secluded Little Hickory Island Beach Park and Bonita Beach Park, with its sand dunes. Nearby, to the north, is Lovers Key State Park, a popular swimming and kayaking spot. Made up of 4 barrier islands, the park is home to manatees and dolphins. Everglades Wonder Gardens features orchids, parrots and reptiles.

Great value for a beautiful home!

We stayed in this house for six nights. Everything - and I mean everything, has been redone inside. You really feel like you're staying in a brand-new home. The house is spacious and comfortable. Several beautiful beaches are within a fifteen-minute drive. If you can't get a parking spot at Bonita beaches, head a few minutes south to Vanderbilt beach in Naples - they have a huge parking garage. Also, cute downtown Bonita Springs is only a few minutes away. We highly recommend Survey Cafe there for brunch. There are several restaurants and stores nearby (including a Publix for groceries). We thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the perfectly heated pool. Although the house is well equipped, I would recommend adding some things to make it even more comfortable. A coffee table in the living room, better curtains (not see-through) in the living room, wine glasses and a bottle opener, some larger bowls for serving food, and a renters' manual with info such as when garbage day is and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do would be nice. Also, the lanai and back yard could use some TLC. None of this detracted from our stay though. Overall, it was excellent. Who would ever want to stay in a hotel room when you could enjoy this beautiful and spacious home!

Clean but needs work

Neighbors are problematic. Duplex. Police were out several times. Home has several electrical issues with outlets not working and a breaker blowing in the living room- Pool was mostly unkept and area has numerous weeds and trash still around from not being cleaned up after the hurricane. Inside of home is clean and new- however some rooms have no closets or places to hang anything. The furniture in living room is extremely rough to sit on. Would recommend from a cleanliness standpoint however other issues with people parking in the yard and noise/drugs every evening to choose wisely.
