You won’t find a better place to stay if you’re visiting Utah for a University visit, graduation, medical treatment, downtown wedding, ski trip, convention center, general conference, genealogy, business meetings...

You may hear sounds from the other guests in our four plex. We hope they, and you, will be considerate. You have a full furnace and forced A/C in your apartment. You may hear it come on.
Airbnb communication works great. I respond quickly. We want to be sure our guests are comfortable. We are private individuals, not a large corporation. Our cleaners work hard to keep our properties clean and can assist with minor needs. Our properties are covered by home warranty polices and repairmen can be sent out to repair any appliance, plumbing or electrical problems. Our handyman can be available as needed. Heber, where I live, is an hour from the property. I can come into town if needed. We will do everything we can to ensure you have a good stay.
Our guests have access to the entire apartment, including their private laundry room, kitchen, bathroom and living room. They have a private entrance door to enter the unit with a door code so they can enter at their convenience.

They also have a parking spot behind the building. Additional free parking is available on the street.
