Fix delicious meals in the open kitchen, or grill out on the deck. The peaceful primary suite beckons with hotel-quality linens and a one-of-a-kind river rock shower.
Both Heavenly Mountain Resort and El Dorado Beach are minutes from your door.
LIVING AREA
A river rock gas fireplace and exposed wood beams add ambience in the living room. Gather on the sectional and find your favorite shows, or choose a game on the Nintendo Wii.
KITCHEN & DINING
The open kitchen has everything you need to fix tasty meals. There's plentiful counter space, and the gas range adds ease to stovetop cooking.
A built-in booth seats six to breakfast and coffee. Six more can share meals at the polished dining table.
BED & BATH
Sleep soundly in the primary suite, furnished with a queen bed. The en-suite bathroom features a stunning river rock walk-in shower and a stained glass window.
Two of the guest rooms are furnished with full-size beds, and an additional bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk plus a full-size bed.
The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Breathe in the fresh mountain air in the fenced yard, a generous space studded with evergreens.
There's ample seating on the deck, along with a gas grill. Two dining tables seat eight total.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer, plus books, games, and a high chair. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided.
Parking is available for four vehicles -- two in the driveway and two in the garage. Street parking is not permitted.
This single-story home is accessed via three steps at the entryway. The property does not have air-conditioning. The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months.
All leases require a minimum 30-day term.
LOCAL ORDINANCES
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No pets allowed. No smoking is permitted. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
