Top of the line queen Tempurpedic, gas stove, stainless farmhouse sink, granite counters, dishwasher, and a double tile shower... or use the outdoor shower! Well equipped kitchen and bath, work space with 1 gigabit internet speed, built in FireTV. Snowbird here in the Sun City!

We live on site in the main house and genuinely care about your stay, unlike some rental companies! We were blessed to move here in 2022 and we want to share this special little place with you.😊

Lovely Stay at the Casita

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Mountain View Southwest Casita. :) It had everything we needed for our short stay - very clean, plenty of hot water, very comfortable bed and also had great views of the Franklins and Transmountain road. Becki was a pleasure to interact and communicate with. Thank you, Becki! :)

Hi, we are Kevin & Beth and we moved to El Paso in the fall of 2021 after 50+ years in upstate NY. We are empty nesters with 2 grown children and 1 granddaughter. We enjoy traveling to National Parks, Jeeping, ATV-ing, and spending as much time in nature as we can. We were tired of the long, snowy northeast winters, so when our jobs went virtual, we decided to head to the beautiful southwest!

We were blessed to find a southwest property that included this lovely casita, and now we'd love to share it with you!

What makes this property unique

This Casita is located in Franklin Hills, one of the most desirable northwest El Paso neighborhoods. It's quiet, safe, and so close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment BUT also borders Franklin Mountain State Park so we have unobstructed views of the mountains and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets! We are a little over an hour's drive to White Sands National Park, ten minutes to New Mexico, and only a about 15 miles to the Mexico border. We have multiple hiking trails accessible from the neighborhood that lead into the state park. We also have plenty of wonderful wineries and breweries within a short drive as well. You'll not find better Tex-Mex anywhere and we have a plethora of authentic Mexican eateries as well! We personally travel often and rarely use traditional hotels anymore. We've used our experiences to try to think of everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to reach out.

And PS... Kevin is a drummer so if you bring your guitar you never know when a jam session may break out!
