My lovingly furnished apartment is on the 1st Floor of my house built in 2013. It consists of a two-room apartment with a living room with open kitchen, dining area and a spacious bedroom with a double bed. There is also space for a travel cot. The bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, vanity, washing machine u. Dryer (for a fee) can be reached via a hallway. Next to it is a second bedroom with a comfortable wall bed and a multifunctional sofa. This sofa bed with a bed area of 1.45x2.00m offers space for 1 adult or 2 children.

You can use the Internet via WLAN in the entire living area.

Many board games and books are available to my guests, as well as hiking and cycling maps.

Most windows and the patio door are equipped with fly screens. A fan is available on hot summer days and nights.

On the large roof terrace you will find a nice "place in the sun". Garden furniture is available. On request, I can provide 2 loungers, which are usually kept protected in the garage.

The apartment has a parking space on private land.

You are welcome to park your bikes in the garage. E-bikes can also be charged here.

Great village location

Had a great stay at this property. The communication leading up to the stay between myself and Marianne was excellent. The location was perfect for visiting a local festival. The nearby town of Kevalaer has everything needed shopping and bar/restaurant wise. It was also easy to get to by bus, if you fancy a few drinks and don't want to drive. Thanks Marianne for a great stay and for all your help and advice on the local area :)

Ein schöner Familienurlaub

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Wohnung. Sie ist hell und sehr sauber. Für uns als Familie mit 3 Kindern sehr passend. Draußen waren es um die 35 Grad aber in der Wohnung, dank Jalousien, alles recht angenehm. Die Küchenausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung selten- alles da was man so benötigt. Badezimmer sehr großzügig und mit Trockner und schneller Waschmaschine vorhanden. Abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und die Ruhe genießen war Teil vom Urlaub. Erlebnispark Irrland ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar und der Bäcker ca 1,5 Kilometer von der Wohnung. Holland ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Im Sommer unbedingt zum dagstrand seurenheide fahren (Empfehlung für Familien). Für die mehr Aktion wünschen ist der Leukermeer direkt daneben mit Sicherheit gut. Irrland war trotz Corona ein Spaß für die ganze Familie. Kevelaer ist ein Besuch wert und hat einen gewissen Charm (Marienwallfahrtsort= das fällt sehr auf).

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr nette Vermieterin

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ist insbesondere für Familien sehr geeignet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer ansprechbar.
