Detached villa in Ibiza style with a fantastic view. 150 m² of living space is divided into two floors. Luxurious equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. On the ground floor there are a total of 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite. The living area and the bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace with pool via glass doors. This brings a lot of light and creates a feel-good atmosphere. The large pool terrace with an infinity pool of 3.20 mx 11 m offers a wonderful view over Pego to the sea. 4 sun loungers, a cozy lounge corner and a dining table with gas grill on the opposite side of the terrace offer you every comfort for cozy barbecues. The open living area on the ground floor with luxury kitchen, dining table and leather seating area is connected by stairs to the gallery on the upper floor. A big sofa and a smart TV with German satellite TV are available in the gallery. This area is also air-conditioned and has a balcony. The Villa Barbara has underfloor heating, so you don't have to do without a cozy warmth on cooler days or in winter.
