Great Winter Getaway

This may not be the fanciest place in downtown Kona, but it was all we needed and more. We stayed in this condo for 21 days and it was fantastic! The condo had plenty of space and a great view. It was great to have a washer & dryer and a 2nd bathroom. It was warm while we were there, but we opened up windows & patio door as recommended by the owners and had a nice cross draft our entire stay. Michael the owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to all my answers. My only small complaint was the patio & screen door were hard to open as the rollers were worn out. This though would not deter me from renting this place again. I would definitely rent it again and recommend it others.

Location, Location, Location clean, and everything else you need

This may not be the fanciest place in downtown Kona, but it was all we needed and more. The bed was super comfy, the place was clean and has a partial ocean view from the lanai. The kitchen is well outfitted, and everyone from the owner, to the property manager were very accessible. My husband, his brother and I were there for a week and having 2 bathrooms and a washer dryer were great. It is an amazing value and I am recommending to others. Note: there is a public basketball court next door, where night games are played. but they pretty much stopped by 10am. Note we were there in the winter.

Right in the heart of Kona Town!

This property is very nice. Easy way to everything on Ali’i drive. Wonderful security. The unit is nicely furnished and we had every tee needed. Fell asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. We will absolutely book this property again.

Why they chose this property

Kona is a very relaxing location, not to say there isn't plenty of night life, but if your looking to 'party like it is 1999' you will probably be happier going to Maui :-0

What makes this property unique

Located right on Alii Drive, in less than a five minute walk will get you to the farmer's market, as well as most of the shops and restaurants in Kona.
