★★★ THE SPACE ★★★

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

The home has a special layout, typical of the time it was built: The three bedrooms are located on one side of the house and the living room, laundry/bathroom and kitchen are on the other side. You walk through the main bedroom off the living room (no corridor) to get to the second and third bedrooms, (all in a row). The main bedroom has a door that closes it off from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms but there is no door closing off the 2nd bedroom to the 3rd bedroom.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

The powder room, located off the 2nd bedroom, offers a sink and toilet. You must walk thru the main bedroom to get to it. The main shower room, with 2nd toilet and sink (no bathtub) is off the laundry room, which is located through the living room. The shower offers a detachable handheld head, making it easier to bathe children.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆

The kitchen is well equipped for simple cooking, and the sink has a Brita water filter.
The house provides SmartTV television, online/WiFi access, as well as some board games for rainy days! There is NO AIR CONDITIONING but given the altitude, the summer weather in Williams is pleasant, in the low 90s and evenings cool off very quickly. Plus, thick walls keep the house well insulated. There are ceiling fans in the two main bedrooms. When you are not using a room, please turn off all lights and fans.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

Pets are welcome! There is a spacious backyard with a barbeque and firepit. However, the backyard is not fenced in completely. So, if you are traveling with a fur baby, please always keep an eye on them when outside.

★★★ GUEST ACCESS ★★★

Our guests will enjoy access to the entire home. Spread across a single story, it’s a great place for multigenerational families or those with accessibility needs.
We’ve included carefully considered amenities throughout the property, including a starter kit with toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and the whole property enjoys free fast Wi-Fi.

Guests can self-check-in with the keypad.

Parking is available on the driveway. Guests are welcome to park on the gravel driveway to the right of the house or may park on the street.

Clean, but pictures leave out some details
Clean on the inside, but backyard a lot more exposed and needs more work then let on. The walls of the house are crooked and the floors and ceilings are separating in places. The bedrooms are all next to each other with no doors separating them. Not a five star.

Family adventures
This place was so sweet and kind to us... we were able to go to walk downtown for shopping and delicious food. We rode the coaster and took tons of photos. We were able to do a quick drive to the grand canyon and bearizona. In the evening we took beautiful photos at the lake nearby as well. It was so much fun

Great Home away from Home!
We went to Williams to visit the Grand Canyon with 4 of our teenage Grandchildren for 4 days. We chose this historic home instead of one of many hotels in the area because of the LIVING SPACE it could provide. The house is a 1920's house but had all of the amenities we needed and ones you won't get in a hotel room. The 3 bedrooms slept six comfortably and the kids really liked that they had their own space, and we did too! The back yard with a patio, fire pit, swing and BBQ gave all of us something to do and enabled us to enjoy the outdoors on our down time. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking ware, silverware, glasses, etc. Fun for all ages - we played board games provided by the rental, made smores, prepared our own meals and even some personal time to use free time in our own way. Personally renting this unit was an eye opener. Because we were able to do all the things we intended to do on this trip, which was very busy, and come home feeling refreshed because of the space and comfort of this home - it was amazing. For me the rustic feel of the house, the access to the outdoor space and the close proximity to town and all it has to offer was the best choice for us!
