Enjoy water views from the balcony or relax on the plush, living room sectional while watching shows or movies on the flatscreen TV. The full kitchen features all the major essentials for at-home convenience. Grab a bite at the three-seater breakfast bar or sit down for full meals with friends and family at the dining table set for six. Modern must-haves include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

All three bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TVs. One bedroom can be found downstairs while two are located upstairs.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a chair lift available at the stair entry to the main floor. A manual is provided in the condo. Please do not allow children or adults to play on the chair lift.
Pool passes are required and will be provided in the condo.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
