As soon as the sun comes up, a morning cup of coffee on the furnished deck will be a great start to each day before heading out for coastal adventures nearby. Slip into your favorite swimsuit and hit the beach when the temperature rises. Don't forget to take advantage of the lower patio as well, as you can rinse off in the outdoor shower before gathering at the fire table or firing up the gas grill.

Inside, mingling and entertaining the whole gang will be a breeze with fun coastal decor and an open layout seamlessly combining the full kitchen and living area. Speaking of the full kitchen, there will be no reason to head out for meals, as the chef of the group can take advantage of the modern appliances, cookware, and spacious island. Settle in each night for a movie night in the living room complete with a flatscreen TV, or enjoy a family game night with some of the provided board games.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
