About this property

This cute cottage is located on the edge of the forest in Dörnholthausen. It is detached on a plot of approx. 400sqm and offers with 85sqm of living space and great room layout the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday. A large bright bedroom can accommodate two adults. The small children's room next to it is equipped with a bunk bed for two children. A kitchen with serving hatch to the dining room gives pleasure for cooking and eating together. The 26 m2 sun terrace is a real highlight for nature lovers. Here you can have breakfast, grill or just rest in the sun from morning to evening. For the evening, the large living room with couch and reading armchair offers the perfect ending in front of the TV or in front of the fireplace. A small bathroom with shower and toilet is available.

Schnuckeliges Häuschen...

Wir haben über Ostern schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus gehabt.Das Haus ist mit Liebe zu Details eingerichtet, kuschelig,gemütlich,man fühlt sich beim reinkommen schon wohl...es stand sogar ein Willkommensgruß bereit, auch Körbchen und Napf für den Hund gab es.Die Sonnenterasse haben wir viel genutzt,das Wetter hat mitgepielt.Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein grosses Fenster mit Blick ins Dorf und auf die Berge.Im Haus ist alles da was man braucht, von Handseife bis Geschirrtüchern.Wir kommen definitiv wieder.Berge. und Napf für den Hund

Schöne 3 Tage

Ein wirklich schöner Kurztripp für meinen Mann und mich und unsere 2 Labradordamen. Im Haus fühlt man sich sofort wohl, sehr geschmackvoll und heimelig eingerichtet. Man vermisst wirklich nichts. Die Umgebung ist zum Wandern und spazieren gehen wirklich toll.

Super schönes 5* Haus

Schönes Haus in ruhiger und schöner Lage, top ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wanderwege (teilweise steil) direkt hinterm Haus. Wir und Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Oase der Ruhe

Es war ein sehr schöner, ruhiger und erholsamer Aufenthalt im Waldhäuschen! Das mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr sorgfältig eingerichtete Häuschen lädt ein zum Verweilen und Ruhe zu finden! Das Häuschen war ein direkter Ausgangspunkt für einige sehr schöne und ausgedehnte Wanderungen - auch rund um den Sorpesee! Gerne kommt man abends wieder zurück um den Abend in der entspannten Atmosphäre zu genießen!

Schöner Aufenthalt!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet! Es war ansich ein ruhiger Aufenthalt, wenn nicht gerade jemand in unmittelbarer Umgebung sein Haus renoviert hätte. Wettertechnisch war es leider gemischt, aber wir haben gerne Zeit in der Unterkunft mit all ihren gemütlichen Lichtern und Kerzen verbracht und können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen. Mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad erreicht man außerhalb des kleinen Ortes in einigen Km den See oder andere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und reibungslos.

Uitstekend

Bungalow, terras, alles was in prima conditie. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen en te ontdekken. Enige dat het nog completer zou maken is een selectie toeristische informatie. Bij de VVV in Sundern is deze echter makkelijk te verkrijgen.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen

Sehr sauberes und ordentliches Ferienhaus. Direkt am Wald- & Ortsrand gelegen ist es Ausgangspunkt für zahllose Wanderungen, hier braucht man das Auto nur für den Einkauf. Bei schönem Wetter ist die Terrasse der Höhepunkt des Hauses, obgleich das Tal den Straßenverkehr hörbar hoch trägt. Ist aber auszuhalten. Der Garten ist leider nicht angelegt, daher im Prinzip auch nicht nutzbar. Administration ist problemlos, Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr nett. Vielen Dank für das freundliche Begrüßungsgeschenk! Insgesamt für einen erholsamen Wanderurlaub empfehlenswert.

Entspannt das Sauerland genießen

Ein sehr nettes, liebevoll renoviertes Häuschen mit allem, was man zur Entspannung braucht, inklusive einen kleinen Kamin. Die Küche und das Bad sehr neu. Die Räume sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Nicht zu vergessen die Terrasse, auf der wir, da sonnige Lage, im Oktober gemütlich frühstücken konnten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Hervorragendes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in diesem sehr gemütlichen Ferienhaus überaus wohl gefühlt. Alles, was man zu einem sehr schönen Urlaub braucht, ist vorhanden. Ein- und Auschecken haben problemlos funktioniert. Dank der schönen Lage, der herrlichen Umgebung und der ruhigen Wohngegend hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. In der näheren Umgebung konnten wir schöne Ebike- und Wandertouren machen. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Wirklich herrliches Ferienhaus und eine sehr nette Vermieterin.

Auszeit

Ein sehr schönes Haus, genauso wie beschrieben. Ein schönes herzlich willkommen von der Vermieterin. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Wanderwege direkt am Haus, so dass man kein Auto benötigt. Bei Problemen konnte man sich jederzeit an Frau Zipp wenden Sie hat sich umgehend drum gekümmert. Top.. ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, das das Grundstück nicht kpl. eingezäunt ist, so dass man sein Hund nicht so in den Garten lassen kann. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage

Wir (Familie mit einem 7jährigen Sohn) haben uns im Haus sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und fanden Alles vor, was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, da dirket dort ein Wanderweg startet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief ganz unkompliziert und problemlos und bei Anreise erwartete uns sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, vielen Dank dafür.

Sehr schönes Waldhaus

Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und ein Hund eine Woche im Ferienhaus Waldhaus Wintrop und können nur Positives berichten Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns zu jeder Zeit an die Vermieterin wenden, ohne Probleme. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Danke dafür.

Hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber!

Perfekt für ein paar Tage zum Entspannen! Für Hundebesitzer gut zu wissen: das Grundstück ist nicht komplett eingezäunt. Für sehr empfindliche Nasen (wie mich) auch gut zu wissen: es riecht vermutlich aus dem Gemäuer ein bisschen nach altem Nikotin. Meiner Frau ist das aber nicht groß aufgefallen, mir schon.

Wanderweg - direkt hinterm Haus

Entspannter Kurzurlaub

Das Haus liegt oben am Hang direkt am Waldrand, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben schöne Tage dort verbracht und können es ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. Die Vermieterin Frau Zipp war stets erreichbar und, wenn nötig, hat sich sofort gekümmert.
