The "Island House was built in 1998 on the sunny island of Usedom in the beautiful seaside resort Kölpinsee. The communal sauna in the basement with shower, fitness and relaxation area offers in the cold season additional possibilities to really enjoy the holiday. A washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes dryer, garden grill and bicycle parking are available for general use. From the apartment to the wide, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only a few minutes. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

IH 02:
Our modern, comfortable apartment apartment 2 in the island house is located in a quiet side street with no through traffic, yet central. It is about 67 m² in size, extends over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. Throughout the apartment, the floors are covered with high quality tiles. Through the integrated central heating a year-round use is possible. On the mezzanine floor are the living area with the open kitchen and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are located in the basement. The larger bedroom has a large double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), the smaller bedroom has two single beds (each 0.90 mx 2.00 m). The beds in both bedrooms are equipped with high quality mattresses. In the living area, the large flat screen TV with satellite TV and a Blu-ray home cinema system invite you to evening entertainment. The kitchen area has an electric oven, a 4-zone induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer. Crockery and cutlery are available in sufficient quantities. A toaster, kettle, coffee machine and microwave are also included. The apartment has a private balcony. Smoking is not allowed in the "Apartment 2. For a cigarette on the balcony but certainly nothing wrong.
