Beautiful home and neighborhood

Great home near west ridge park! We needed a place to stay after our home sold quicker than anticipated. Great home and hosts.

Hi there! We are Anna & Jack! We are world travelers, animal lovers, and dog enthusiasts on a mission to enjoy our best life, and help others do the same!

Why they chose this property

On the main floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, dining and living area. Two bedrooms are equipped with queen beds, and the final one with a full. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with plenty of space for individual storage. The kitchen has brand new appliances, as well as a mobile kitchen island for additional counter space! The living/dining area provides a coffee station and plenty of seating for movies on the 55inch Screen Tv!

Now for the basement! It’s unfinished, but you have full laundry (washer/dryer), a workout space with functional equipment, a stand alone desk and chair, and tons of room for storage.

The backyard is beautiful and features two pollinator gardens with a marble stone patio, and two chairs. The backyard is only enclosed on three sides! We plan on finishing the final fencing soon. However, our street is SUPER dog friendly and your pets can make tons of friends. I can also recommend several dog parks and play areas.

What makes this property unique

Central to Chicago and surrounding suburbs - good eats, sight seeing, and more less than 20 minutes away. Oh! and the greenery in Highland Park is absolutely stunning!
