Pelican Palace - Waterfront - Priv. Pool/Beach

Experience Florida like never before at this stunning 2BR, 2.5BA vacation rental nestled on Hutchison Island along the peaceful Indian River! The home offers a refined interior w/ modern coastal decor, a pristine full kitchen, panoramic water views, private beach & pool access, as well as an outdoor space with gas grill, dock, and golf cart. The number of guests identified on the reservation are the only overnight guests permitted during the stay.
STRICT - NO PARTIES, PETS or guests UNDER 12.

The boat lift is not part of the rental. Most times, we can secure a slip at the marina, which is one minute away by golf cart and just around the corner (you can see it from the rear deck). The main concern is that boat or jet-ski trailers are not permitted to be stored on the property, so an offsite location is necessary for storage.

Amazingly beautiful house and setting! Can’t get better than waking up to dolphins right outside the door to a glass of wine watching the sunset over the water! We loved the private beach and the 2 story living...1 floor for our teenage boys and the other for us. Plus, the golf cart was a great help bouncing around the resort! Highly recommend.

River home with so much more

The Pelican Palace was a perfect spot for our first time on the Florida Atlantic coast. The home was immaculate and had wonderful amenities. Tom’s communication was hospitable and greatly welcoming. The view of Indian river was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing the dolphins and pelicans so close to the house. We recommend Tom’s home and hope to be back again.

Fabulous waterfront house

The house was very spacious, very clean and well decorated. It has the most beautiful view of the water and was just what the doctor ordered

Hi! We are Tom and Mary Beth Skleros. We are a husband and wife who live and work in New Jersey. But, we love renting out our Florida homes! We want to share our little piece of paradise with you! We grew up vacationing on Hutchinson Island, and absolutely love the area. Now our children and grandchildren have also grown attached to the island. So many memories!

Hutchinson Island is a little piece of heaven and still less populated than most of the vacation spots in Florida. Gorgeous ocean and riverfront beaches, as well as great restaurants and nightlife. Every Thursday is Jammin' Jensen (Music and Art/Crafts) in downtown Jensen Beach!
