Spacious home in quiet gated community.

This home has a fabulous back yard with pool, spa, and an outdoor BBQ/Pizza oven, which we enjoyed. There was a large well equipped kitchen, including a wine cooler. Bedrooms were good size, each with their own bathroom. The owner, Tiffany, allowed us to use the garage to keep our vehicle out of the sun. She responded promptly to any questions we had. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ed/Shelly

Great space and location

We loved our location both in Palm Desert and within Avondale community. The space in house was as described lots of room. The pool and hot tub area was fantastic. We found the house needed some attention as it was not as clean as we expected. The appliances were first rate . Tiffany the owner was very accessible and quickly answered any concerns and promptly attended to them. ( a little problem with pool was quickly remedied. We were fortunate to get trial memberships to golf course so we’re able to golf everyday on a very nice course.
