Built in the Wilhelminian style around the turn of the century, the villa will shine again in 2018. With this domicile you have probably found one of the most beautiful ways to spend your holidays in the imperial baths.
Living and cooking
In this beautiful apartment, two discerning guests feel comfortable in every season: in the winter months, the spacious living room invites you to movie evenings. Here is a large modern smart TV available. If you like, you can watch the second part of the film directly from the bedroom. In summer you can enjoy the day with a glass of wine on the balcony with beautiful views.
Living and dining areas are combined. In addition to the kitchenette equipped with brand appliances, there is a nice dining area by the window and a high quality sofa. The use of Wi-Fi is free. In the basement you have a laundromat and a dryer available.
Bicycles can be parked at the house or in the storage room. A free parking space at the house is available. In addition, you will receive 50% discount on the entrance fee of the Ostseetherme. The Villa Marie joins the beautiful houses of Klenzestraße in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. Sehr sauber und einfach schön!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Man sieht dieser Wohnung an, das sie erst kürzlich hervorragend renoviert wurde. Aber trotzdem haben wir einige Anmerkungen zur Verbesserung der Wohnung: in der Küche fehlen noch einige Utensilien, z.B. eine Teekanne mit Teetassen, Messbecher, Feinwaage und vielleicht sogar eine Mikrowelle. Ansonsten sind Geschirr und Besteck erstklassig. Uns hat auch das Gestell im Wohnzimmer nicht zugesagt, ein normaler Tisch wäre besser. Ein enormer Störfaktor war für uns das grelle blaue LED-Licht des Raumthermostaten im Schlafzimmer, es hilft nicht beim Einschlafen. Diverse Klebepunkte daneben zeugen davon, dass es wohl schone viele Gästen so genervt hat, dass man es irgendwie zuklebte. Da ich beruflich selber Elektrotechniker bin, weiß ich , dass es Thermostate mit diskretem Display gibt. Gäbe es dieses Manko nicht, würde diese FeWo von mir mit 5 Sternen bewertet.
