Gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Falls nichts im TV kommt unterstützt die vorhandene DVD-Sammlung beim abendlichen Filmabend. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder - wenn wir dürfen.

Alles perfekt

Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Schade das wir die beiden Terrassen auf Grund des sehr windigen Wetters nicht nutzen konnten, aber die Lage ist fantastisch.

Erfahrungen Balm

Wir sind mit dieser Reise bereits mehr als 10x in Balm und das 2.x in der gebuchten Wohnung. Die Ausstattung und die Wohnung selbst entspricht unseren Vorstellungen und wir fühlen uns dort wohl. Die Wohnungsinhaber sowie auch die gute Seele vor Ort sind immer ansprechbar und es ist ein angenehmes Miteinander. Leider verhindert die Dominanz des Golfhotels die spontane Nutzung der örtlichen Lokalitäten. Für die Hotelfremden Gäste ist nahezu unmöglich in diesen Lokalen Plätze zu bekommen. Ob das gut ist - darüber kann man diskutieren. Zumal der preisliche Vorteil der privaten Wohnungen diesem Konzept entgegen wirkt. Leider wird diese Dominanz auch auf dem Golfplatz generell ausgenutzt werden. Ich habe noch in eine GC erlebt das 9 Loch Runden auf dem Meisterschaftsplatz verweigert werden. Auch hier sehe ich einen großen Fehler und da bin ich mit vielen Golfern einer Meinung. Solche Diktate haben dort nichts zu suchen denn sie zerstören das Image von Balm. Nur Geld verdienen ist eben nicht alles. Sollte dies so bleiben werden wir unsere liebgewordenen Balm besuche ( jährlich mindestens 1x ) dort abbrechen.

abseits aber traumhaft

Mal nicht im Kaiserbad, aber dafür traumhaft schön am Wasser gelegen. In der Wohnung alles was man braucht! Ein Ort für eine tolle Auszeit

Ausstattung der Wohnung

Die Kommunikation mit der Ansprechpartnerin für die Wohnung war toll. Die zwischenzeitliche Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber hat das noch unterstützt. Leider war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur nicht so optimal. Die Informationen zur Anreise haben wir beim Vermieter selbst erfragt. Vom der Umgebung waren wir wie immer begeistert da wir es schon mehrfach kennen. Vorschlag, Wohnungen in der Golfregion sollten generell mit Greefee Ermäßigung ausgestattet sein.
