Enjoy your Baltic Sea vacation in this tastefully furnished apartment. Up to four holiday guests feel at home here on a spacious living area of 74 m². This holiday apartment convinces both with its high quality equipment and the perfect location. You can park your car in the assigned parking space next to the house (use included in the rental price). For bicycles brought along there is a storage facility in the lockable shed.
Living and cooking
A beautiful and spacious living room with a glazed veranda invites you to linger. In addition to a high-quality couch set, you will find a nice dining area in the living area with a view "into your own garden". A cozy place to chat or work can also be found in the separate kitchen, which is fully equipped, making cooking a pleasure even on vacation. The ground floor apartment is in one of the preferred locations in Kühlungsborn-West. In the back part of Hermannstrasse you live centrally, but still quietly. The distance to the fine sandy bathing beach is approx. 350 meters. In the adjacent city forest you can take beautiful walks and enjoy the tranquility of nature away from the hustle and bustle. Restaurants, shops, bike rentals, banks and a pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful sheltered terrace faces south and is protected from prying eyes by the beautiful planting.

Please note that in the high season it is necessary to book seamlessly or to leave a minimum period of 7, 10 or 14 nights between bookings.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben wunderschöne 10 Tage in Kühlungsborn verbracht. Das Appartement ist großzügig, in allen Belangen super ausgestattet und extrem ruhig gelegen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Nur einen Katzensprung vom Meer entfernt, direkt vis à vis vom Netto, der uns mit den alltäglichen Dingen versorgte. Zwei Kleinigkeiten möchte ich erwähnen: Das Bett meiner Tochter hatte bei Ankunft zwei gebrochene Latten, konnte aber dennoch problemlos genutzt werden. Umd in den Ritzen der Sessel steckten Unmengen an Nüssen und Salzstangen vom Vorgänger. Aber fairerweise ist uns das auch nur durch Zufall aufgefallen. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
