As you walk in the front door you look out straight over to the view and it feels as if you are hanging over the ocean. Wolf and SubZero appliances and white marble waterfall kitchen countertops. French limestone flooring imported from France is laid throughout the top floor living room and kitchen areas. Du Chateau white oak wood floor in the bedrooms and first story. Handmade tile in all bathrooms. Starfire glass throughout the home for crystal clear views of the ocean. Style light cabinets important from Spain and handmade. Close to beach access to world famous Victoria Beach. Movie theatre room on the bottom floor. No expense has been spared. Unbelievable views of the ocean from 3 out of 4 of the bedrooms. Majestic Views!!! Victoria Beach!

My family and I stayed at this gorgeous house in July 2023. Dylan, the property manager was amazing and extremely communicative. The layout of the home was perfect for families with children. The property is literally a 5 min walk to the best beach in Laguna (Victoria beach) However, the actual location is right off of PCH so it was a bit difficult to walk or bike with a little one. During our stay the house below was going through a remodel, so there were a few noisy mornings, but that is a temporary situation. All in all, we had an amazing stay and very appreciative of Dylan!
