Welcome to Lilypad Escape, a cool-toned, lakefront tiny home that tastefully showcases the beauty of both water and land in the South Cumberland hills of Tennessee.

Enjoy immediate access to a fishing dock next door in addition to incredible features included right on the private surrounding grounds.

Available for guest use on the spacious deck are loungers beneath a patio umbrella, an outdoor dining set and sofa, and a Blackstone hibachi grill. Access to a range of glassware, including whiskey, martini, champagne, wine, and more, makes it easy to transition from a classy brunch by day to an open bar experience by night.

For a restful, late evening setting, light a fire on lakeside natural stone as crickets and frogs gather to sing their comforting, Southern lullabies.

Cozy and peaceful

We enjoyed our stay very much. Quaint place and beautiful outdoor view. Quiet area and close to everything we wanted to do ie hike, Dutch Bakery, Sewanee, and other scenic areas. Definitely recommend! Was a nice getaway from Nashville.

Very cozy

Lillypad escape was very cozy. Perfect for two people. Was a little big of close neighbors but still very peaceful. Had a beaver friend that was quit fun to watch. Fire pit was great.

Anniversary Trip

This was a perfect getaway for our anniversary. We loved being right on the lake where my husband could fish. We sat out by the lake listening to frogs and chilling. We had a wonderful time. The GPS did not want to get us there with either address we were given. But it took us in another entrance and we found it. It’s sometimes like that in rural places.

Perfect night away!

It was a perfect spot for a night away to celebrate our 22nd Anniversary. We loved being right on the water. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit with a glass of wine in the evening and coffee in the morning. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. It is a charming neighborhood. Would love to stay longer next time!
