At any other vacation rental, you self-check-in and then are on your own for the duration - lucky if you can get someone to respond to a call if an appliance breaks. Not so with us. Our 12-person full-time team includes caretakers, housekeepers, I.T. experts & dedicated concierges. Unlike any other regional rental, we have an on-site caretaker as well as IT expert. Numerous staff monitor our guest assistance line (text and phone) 365 days a year.

We are 20 minutes from the center of either valley floor. The properties are essentially rural, surrounded by world-famous vineyards and wineries; your own private nature preserve.

We do our very best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, but cannot make any guarantees less than a few days prior to arrival or departure. Arrivals or departures on a Saturday are usually not possible. Stays of 31 days or longer.

AIRPORTS ~ A WORD TO THE WISE
We are 2 hours from San Francisco, Oakland, and Sacramento. There is an airport in Santa Rosa, 35 minutes from the house, with numerous daily flights arriving from Denver, Dallas, Seattle, Portland, San Diego, Orange County, Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Palm Springs, and LA. We highly recommend flying to this easy airport as it saves over 3 hours round trip compared to the major airports, no traffic to battle, plus you get to fly in over all the splendor of the coastline and our endless vineyards.
