A few nitpicks, but overall a good stay

The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and looked just like the pictures. They provided a mini fridge upon request, which was nice since there was no kitchenette or anything in the room. The only two negatives I saw about the room were 1) the chromecast for the television did not work, so you had to rely on cable, and 2) the wifi signal in the room was incredibly weak my entire trip.

So convenient!

The location of this property is great! Anything you need is walking distance and felt safe! I love that it had parking as well! The hotel bar was decent and the pool was clean as well! There’s even a little fitness center. Plenty of people with kids as well if you have the family. Rooms are just basic rooms, only downfall was no little fridge in the room but we made do with the ice bucket.

Great little place in River North!!

We booked on VRBO to find a reasonable and clean place to stay for our weekend in Chicago. Property was clean and room was perfect for what we needed. Great location and all was good.

Bad customer service

We were going to Chicago for a concert. The concert got canceled and we tried to change our dates for a time in January when the unit was available. When the owner finally got back to us, he/she said no. We were not asking for a refund. We were asking to switch dates for an available time.
