The house Ingrid was lovingly rebuilt in 2013 and renovated. This little tip is in the heart of nature. In the middle of a park and overlooking the hunting lodge Hohen Niendorf, you can start your holiday here. Here you will find silence, contemplation and withdrawal from the abundance of noise and light. The twinkling of the stars in a really black night gives way to an intoxicating morning with long sunbeams in the clear yellow-red color spectrum that penetrates through the trees. And in a few minutes or a few more by bike, even on foot not too far, the beach of the Baltic Sea, bustle and action in Kühlungsborn and Rerik are reached. The house Ingrid is part of the ensemble of the castle park Hohen Niendorf. The dominant building is the hunting lodge, which was built in 1865 as a mansion. House Ingrid once served as a residence for the castle staff. Since the park is protected as a monument, the renovation of the house Ingrid was also subject to strict conditions. Therefore, the architecture and the interior design is strongly based on the GDR industrial architecture of the 70s - of course in conjunction with state-of-the-art equipment. The design floor of polished concrete is a sign of this outstanding architecture. Each apartment has at least two modern SmartTV and own Wi-Fi. All apartments have music systems with BlueTooth access. You can easily use TuneIn, Spotify, Amazon Prime Music & Co. Have you smeared your favorite garment, or did you not have enough change clothes with you? No problem: in a separate laundry room, which you reach on the left via the laundry room, you will find a washing machine and a dryer.

BARRIER-FREE EXCLUSIVE 1-ROOM APARTMENT WITH FIREPLACE AND TERRACEYou live in a 70 m² 1-room apartment located on the ground floor. The special feature of this apartment is that it is renovated according to DIN 18025-1 and thus suitable for guests with restrictions and their accompaniment. The living area is equipped with a fireplace and a cozy sitting area. From here you can access the furnished terrace. The large open and wheelchair-accessible kitchen is fully equipped and has a retractable worktop which is electrically adjustable in height. A sleeping area with double bed which is not visible and still barrierless, and the bathroom with a large shower, handles and brackets complete the overall picture of this apartment.
