Shared terrace in privileged area of Polanco

Guest House in Polanco with private rooms and common areas that are shared such as a terrace on the second floor only by stairs; two living rooms, equipped kitchen with a table to sit and eat located on the second floor by stairs, business center for your convenience, laundry area and half bath on the rooftop to avoid going down to your room. Each of the rooms has everything you need to make your stay the most pleasant.

Our house has surveillance cameras only in common areas, we do not record any sound out of respect for the privacy of our guests. We also do not have cameras in the rooms for the same reason.

This house has three commercial premises on the first floor, we do not have an elevator, we do not have parking but we can recommend you close to the area. The main avenue can be noisy at times due to the traffic at certain hours, something normal and usual in this huge city.

Remember we do not have a front desk. Please don´t forget to let us know your arrival time to our property prior arrival, my host will be there to receive you. My check in starts at 15:00 hrs until 22:00 hrs, before or after that time there is an additional fee of US 30.

There may be noxious fauna coming from the street. For this reason, we constantly fumigate our property in all its interiors, commercial premises and main entrance.
